For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLERGYTRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrackDose, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request data export before account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
